My wife, Libertad Green, recently entered a pin-up contest hosted by Robert At Venerable. He (or perhaps his representatives) selected my wife to compete in person as one of twelve finalists in this contest, which he has announced at:

Libertad Green graciously accepted his invitation to compete in person for the top prize, at the Boondocks, and submitted one of the head shots I had taken of her, to appear on his flyers and advertisements for the event. On or about January 21, 2015, Libertad Green noticed that he had published the flyer with her picture, but with her name misspelled, as "Liberated Green." She sent him a private, Facebook message, asking him to correct the spelling of her name. He apologized to her via private, Facebook message, but a week later, had not posted a public correction, nor apology. Instead, he posted comments about getting drunk and being hung over, as well as pictures of other women.
After a week, when Libertad Green saw that Robert had taken to action to rectify the misspelling of her name, she posted a polite, professional remark on the Facebook event page, informing him and all concerned that she would not be attending the event as advertised, because Robert had neglected to correct the misspelling of her name.
I also posted several polite, professional remarks, including the following:
"First
of all, no one should have the gall to expect beautiful, talented women
such a my wife, Libertad Green, to provide entertainment for free, so
that anyone besides said women can profit from their labor. Secondly,
if such a woman is gracious enough
to grace your establishment/event with her presence, it would behoove
you to spell her name correctly in any and all advertisements of the
event. If you misspell her name, and she asks you to correct it, you
should publish an apology and a correction, via social media,
immediately - not after you recover from a hang-over and post pictures
of other women."
I also indicated that I had taken the photo of Libertad Green, which appeared on the flyer, and asked him to remove it, since she and I considered it to be a violation of our copyright.
He apparently blocked us, but removed the flyer, and posted another, without her picture and name on it. He also removed our remarks. Then he posted the following:
"Almost a week ago one of the PinUp contestants [presumably Libertad Green] notified me about a miss spelling [sic] of her name. Two letters were swapped in place of each other. I am immediately notified my editor [grammar] to take care of the situation, and apologized and told her it would be fixed. During the events of me being extremely busy with work [and getting drunk and hung over, apparently], this show, etc. I dropped the ball and I take full blame for it not getting fixed. She announced today that she is withdrawing from the contest. A friend of hers [Karmilia Cruz, apparently], and her husband [I, the Vaughanster] posted on [there] talking a bunch of trash. I apologize for that as well. Again this was my fault for dropping the ball, but there are proper ways and classy ways of handling things. I will be posting the new PinUp contestant [sic] later today."
Karmilia and I did not "talk a bunch of trash" on Robert's event page; we politely and professionally asked him to remove my wife's head shot from the flyer.
However, within minutes several remarks were made in support of Robert, such as:
Alyssa Perez: "An honest mistake, I was published with my first and last name before it happens."
Brandy Temblor: "I'm so sorry that happened to you that is not cool"
Sophia Sirana: "My name gets spelled wrong allllll [sic] the time. The event isn't until March! Calm your tits lady. Don't blame yourself Robert At Venerable you're only human."
Don McGowan: "That's very childish and diva-ish of them sorry you had to deal with this."
Elisabeth Mesa: "If that's all it takes for someone to fall apat?!? You don't need them on ur [sic] side."
Mimi Le Minks: "dont [sic] blame your self.. my name gets spelled wrong all the time and you never see me throwing a hissy about it.."
I have a few questions for Alyssa Paez, Brandy Temblador, Sophia Sirena, Dawn McGowan, Elizabeth Meza, Mimi La Minkz, and all the others who share their opinions on this matter:
Would you participate in an event with your names misspelled on the flyer? Would you inform the host and his other guests that you weren't going to participate, or would you just not show up? What would be the proper, classy way to handle this?

Shecky's Girls Night Out
Shecky's Girls Night Out owes my wife, Libertad Green,
$105, after they did the ol' bait-and-switch on her, hiring her to do
admissions at the Petersen Automotive Museum in downtown L.A., May 16,
2014, then having her lift heavy objects and stay on her feet all
evening, from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. Instead of paying her cash on site that night, they told her
they'd pay her by check two to four weeks later.
A couple weeks ago, after waiting patiently for about six weeks, she started e-mailing them. They ignored her e-mails. So she started calling them. Last week, around Monday or Tuesday, July 14th or 15th, Mr. Jack Posniak told her on the phone that he would check on her paycheck and get back to her by the end of the week. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday came and went with no call, e-mail, paycheck, or anything else from Mr. Posniak.
So today, it got ugly. After my wife and I both spoke to Mr. Posniak in less than civil terms, someone in his office pulled her file and e-mailed her notification that the paycheck had been returned to sender. One of their employees decided to add an apartment "#" to our address. They said they would re-issue the check, but they never apologized, and they never answered my wife's question as to when they would re-send her paycheck.
Recommendations:
1. Don't do the bait-and-switch. If they wanted people to move large, heavy objects, and remain on their feet from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m., they should have mentioned this in their original CraigsList ad.
2. For day laborers, just pay them at the end of the gig. Cash is preferable, but if they insist on checks for record-keeping/tax purposes, issue the check, but issue it on site, at the end of the gig.
3. When someone e-mails you about a missing paycheck, don't ignore it. Open their file and see what the problem is. "Oh, we're sorry; it was returned to sender from this address..." "Oh, we're sorry! We added an apartment number when you didn't give us one; we'll be happy to re-send your paycheck today, to the correct address!"

University of Phoenix Indefinite Suspension
As of Thursday, February 21, 2013, the University of Phoenix has scheduled me to be "suspended indefinitely," for failing to comply with an administrator's request to respect the confidentiality, apparently of James Rebel, who called me an "idiot" on their message board, and James Coppi, who implied, also on their message board, that my wife, Libertad Green, is "whoring" herself.
They also complain that I have posted a link to a violent video on their message board, which includes footage of someone being shot in the head.
UPDATE: As of Friday, April 5, 2013:

Monday, January 28, and Tuesday, January 29, 2013, I attended classes at the University of Phoenix.
Monday, Glenn Arola taught the class, which was Week 5 of 5, of Management 230.
Prior to going to class, fellow students James Rebel and James Coppi had posted impolite remarks in the class' Chat room. The Chat rooms, as opposed to the Main rooms, are for social networking and discussing topics which are off-topic. I had posted a dozen posts about my wife, Libertad Green, and her modeling and TV gigs, etc. James Rebel asked who cared, and stated that he didn't.
I replied that I didn't care if he cared about anything.
James Coppi commented that some people apparently thought the Chat room was for furthering their own agenda.
I replied that I did think the Chat room was for furthering my agendas, plural.
Both of these men were in class Monday night, laughing and chatting rudely, while Glenn Arola addressed the class.
Then Glenn had me and my partner give our PowerPoint presentation. I took advantage of the opportunity, since my topic was about leadership, to show the contrast between U.S. Presidents' leadership and Obama's lack of leadership.
Rebel and Coppi continued to chat with each other and laugh during my briefing, although I was talking about such grim subjects as U.S. Ambassadors Killed in the Line of Duty, and U.S. Marines Killed in Action.
Later, when Rebel, Coppi and their team gave their presentation, Rebel mocked me by using a pointer as I had, and their last slide included a picture of Obama smiling, with the words "In Obama We Trust!"
Thursday, January 31, I discovered that Glenn had given me 10/15 points (66.666% or a D) for my presentation, because I had gotten way out of control, used one swear word, and had offended and frightened my fellow students. He also told me that this had to "stop."
I also discovered that Rebel and Coppi had continued to post rude comments in the Chat room. Rebel called me an "idiot," and Coppi implied that my wife is "whoring" herself out.
I posted a reply to Mr. Arola, telling him the above, and that I was offended. I told him I agreed that this sort of thing did need to stop, 'cause if I ever find myself operating in such a hostile environment at the University of Phoenix again, I'd take my business elsewhere.
I also sent a similar e-mail to my academic advisers and my current professor, who taught Week 1 of 5 of my Business Information Systems 220, starting Tuesday.

Chef Kurt Ehrlich and the Hollywood Pasta Company
Update: Saturday, October 26, 2013, Libertad Green received a letter from the California Department of Labor, granting judgment in her favor with regard to her complaint against Chef Kurt Ehrlich, and awarding her more than $3,800, with 10% annual interest to be added to the debt every year Mr. Hermozi neglects to pay her.
Update: Thursday, January 24, 2013 passed, and we have still not heard from the California Department of Labor as to whether or not Emil Hermozi has ignored their order to pay Libertad Green, paid them (in order to pay her), or appealed the results of the hearing.

Neither Chef Kurt Ehrlich, nor Emil Hermozi, nor any other representatives of the Hollywood Pasta Company appeared to defend themselves.
The judge found in favor of Libertad Green, so she stands to receive approximately $3,600 from Emil Hermozi because Chef Kurt Ehrlich failed to pay her $112.50 for catering seven and a half hours at Roger Neal's Oscar Swag Party at L'Ermitage in Beverly Hills, Monday, February 20, 2012.
Chef Ehrlich had verbally agreed to pay Libertad $15 per hour for helping him cater at the Oscar swag party for four days, from February 20th to February 23rd, 2012, but after the first day, she decided to quit. When I picked her up from 'LErmitage at approximately 6:15 p.m. on the 20th, she was so upset that I drove her directly to the Hollywood Pasta Company, where I confronted Chef Ehrlich in the parking lot as soon as he returned with the remains of the food he had served that day. I informed him that Libertad would not work for him anymore, and asked him to pay her. He refused, and made no indication that he ever intended to pay her.
From there, I drove directly to the Burbank Police Station, where a police officer suggested that we file a complaint across the street, at the Court House.
Instead, we later decided to file a complaint with the California Department of Labor, after Chef Ehrlich failed to respond to repeated PayPal bills which she sent him.
Roger Neal answered his phone almost immediately, when I called him that night (Monday, February 20, 2012), but refused to provide the sign-in roster to prove Libertad Green had shown up for work in his suite, and he disavowed any knowledge of who she is, although he witnessed Chef Kurt Ehrlich and his assistant, Christina Veloz, abusing her for seven and a half hours in his tiny suite. They verbally abused her almost constantly for the entire seven and a half hour period, without giving her a break to eat the sandwich in her purse. At one point, one of them asked her to bring them two bottles of water; when she did, they drank them in front of her without offering her any.
In the months following the swag party, Libertad Green and I had this conversation, apparently with Chef Ehrlich, on Libertad's YouTube Channel:

Friday, December 28, 2013, WikiPedia, approved an article I had submitted about my wife, Libertad Green. However, within hours, Wikipedia moderators marked it for deletion. WikiPedia Moderators Harry the Dirty Dog and Altered Walter continued to bully me by deleting significant portions of the article, and telling me not to post any material without citing reliable sources. They told me that Wikipedia articles, Facebooks, YouTube channels, IMDb and blogs did not count as reliable sources. When they finally deleted the article, Altered Walter posted, as a reason, that some of my assertions in the article appeared to be "deliberate jokes and hoax." Wikipedia Moderators also indicated that Libertad Green lacks enough notability to merit a Wikipedia article, although she is one of the few women to have portrayed the Biblical Queen Jezebel in a live action film, and is one of the most "relevant" "Hawaiian hula dance" performers on Google and YouTube, with a "Hawaiian Hula dance" video which has been viewed more than 1.6 million times! [UPDATE: As of January 5, 2017, this video has more than 2.3 million views, and the thumbnail of her dancing the Hawaiian hula, with the link to the video, is the first thumbnail to appear when Googling "hawaiian hula" without being signed into Google.]:

Apparently, they don't think potential customers should know that Emad Ali, the chief instructor at the Sidekick Karate School, raped Libertad Green, or that Chef Kurt Ehrlich refused to pay her after working her for seven and a half hours at Roger Neal's Oscar swag party at L'Hermitage in Beverly Hills, California, without giving her so much as one break to sip a swallow of water or remove the sandwich from her purse. L'Hermitage refused to get involved when I asked them to help provide evidence of this abuse. Roger Neal also refused to get involved, when I asked him to at least provide a copy of the roster Libertad Green signed to get into his suite.
